2. Our Services
Mobivet Veterinary Clinic provides veterinary care, including but not limited to wellness exams, vaccinations, surgery, diagnostics, dental care, grooming, microchipping, pet boarding, and IATA-compliant pet travel services. Services are delivered at our Kileleshwa and Redhill/Nyari clinics in Nairobi, Kenya, and via our Mobile Vet Unit for select services.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointment requests submitted through our website are subject to confirmation by our clinic team. We aim to confirm within one business day. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking priority. Emergency cases are prioritized based on clinical judgment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, mobile money, and card payments. Fees for services are provided in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Additional costs arising from referrals, emergency out-of-hours care, or specialist services will be communicated before proceeding where possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about their pet's health, behavior, and history.
- Ensuring pets are properly restrained and under control during visits.
- Adhering to vaccination and parasite-control schedules recommended by our veterinarians.
- Paying fees for services rendered.
- Notifying us of any changes to contact details or pet status.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mobivet Veterinary Clinic exercises reasonable skill and care in all veterinary services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for medical or surgical treatments. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mobivet Veterinary Clinic or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
