Mobivet Clinic provides veterinary services including but not limited to pet consultations, vaccinations, surgeries, diagnostics, and emergency care. Our services are offered in Nairobi, Kenya, and surrounding areas.

2. Eligibility

To access and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To fully utilize our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

4. Service Fees and Payments

The fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to any treatment or service provided. Payments can be made through various methods accepted by Mobivet Clinic, such as cash, mobile money transfers, or other electronic payment options. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon by Mobivet Clinic.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of any prepaid fees.

6. Use of Information

We may collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content Ownership and Use

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mobivet Clinic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
